On her personal YouTube channel, Ngọc Thưởng shared a heartfelt video about being continuously attacked by a social media account with hurtful and fabricated comments about her marriage.
Ngọc Thưởng revealed that when she first got married, she faced skepticism and harsh criticism from a portion of the online community. Many people sent her messages and comments, calling her “gold-digger” and saying she wasn’t worthy of being with actor Tiết Cương. However, as time passed, audiences began to warm up to her, and the negative comments decreased.
Nevertheless, what sparked Ngọc Thưởng’s outrage was the continuous harassment she suffered from a particular social media account over nearly three years. The account owner constantly made hurtful and false comments about her marriage, even going as far as to fabricate stories about her being Tiết Cương’s daughter or claiming she was pregnant when she wasn’t. Ngọc Thưởng expressed her frustration: “I have never met this person, and we have no connection. I don’t understand why she harbors such hatred towards me. If we can’t say kind words to each other, then at least refrain from saying hurtful things or insulting me.”
Ngọc Thưởng firmly stated that if she had done something wrong, such as stealing someone’s husband or engaging in deceitful behavior, she would accept the criticism. However, she maintains that she has done nothing wrong, taking care of her household and not causing trouble for others. She emphasized that she married Tiết Cương because of his kindness, goodness, and love for her, not for material gain. “Everyone chooses what is good for themselves, and I wouldn’t pass up someone who loves and is compatible with me,” she said.
